Refund policy

Returns are accepted on UK orders providing the item is unused and undamaged. Our return policy lasts 14 days from dispatch date. 

If you wish to return your item it must be unused and returned in the same condition and packaging that you received it in and must be returned within 14 days of dispatch in order to receive a full refund, excluding any delivery charges. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Once the return is received by OMG Kitty a full refund for the item, excluding any delivery charges, will be made to your original method of payment.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@omgkittyclub.com for our return address. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
